About Me
I teach Ivengar-style Yoga at the Doukhobor Prayer Home on Ave I South in Saskatoon. Iyengar style yoga uses props and supports to ensure your body maintains the correct alignment and posture without overly stressing your body.

Within our community of wisdom bodies, I encourage proper alignment in the poses and help each student maintain a balance between strength and flexibility. With my focus on personalized practice; if your are fully healthy, recovering from injury, or occuping an aging body, my classes and expertise can help maximize your potential.

For those who are seeking, it can also offer a truly deep and challenging experience. As a Registered Massage Therapist I have a deep understanding of the body which gives me a unique ability to adapt poses to the student's specific needs.
For over 25 years, I have been teaching group yoga and private yoga classes and workshops from beginners to intermediate/advanced and multi-level classes.
As a lifelong learner I continue to study yoga with Gay White and Mary Lou Weprin in Berkley, California. I've also had the honor of studying with Donald Moyer from Berkley and Father Joe Pereira from India as well as many other teachers that have supported my yoga journey.

If you are keen on advancing your practice or have special issues you want to work on, I am available for private sessions. Sessions can be booked by contacting me directly.
CLASS FEES
Fees vary month by month depending on the number of classes offered in a month but they usually range from $60 up to $105 per month.

FAQ's

What do I need to bring?
Bring your own yoga mat and equipment if you have them.
We provide all the specialized props for our classes.

If I have an injury or special needs can I still attend?
YES! Most often yoga, when practised in a way that respects your body's needs, helps alleviate issues. Please inform me before the class begins on what issue you may have. You can either come to the class early or contact me beforehand.

When can I start?
You are welcome to join an ongoing yoga class at any time or just drop in. You DO NOT need to wait for the beginning of the month.

Do your classes include both men and women?
Classes are mixed. I understand the different challenges that yoga presents to both women's and men's bodies and adjust to suit both.

How do I prepare for class?
Do not eat for at least an hour or two before class and come prepared to practice in bare feet.

Fee by the month or class?
Fees are by the month, paid at first lesson of the month.

If I miss a class can I make it up?
If you miss a class and want to attend another class in that month you can make it up at NO extra cost.
